The PINETOP LAKESIDE SANITARY DISTRICT requests Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified persons to provide recommendations for marketing and possible sale of a used Rotary BioMixer. The SOQ should demonstrate the ability to provide the required services. Applicants are urged to forward concise SOQs, appropriate to the scale of the service, and only include items that are relevant to this specific RFQ.
